Re-awarded Clementi Collard Fellowship

Mark has been re-awarded the prestigious Clementi Collard Fellowship from the Worshipful Company of Musicians for a second time. The Fellowship will support the commission of a clarinet concerto for Robert Plane and BBC National Orchestra of Wales due to be premiered in spring 2018.

Mark David Boden is an award-winning composer, music director and multifaceted music producer who has been described as “one of Wales’s most exciting emerging new talents” (Music Theatre Wales). His critically acclaimed music has been performed extensively around Europe at concerts, music festivals and theatre productions. In addition to creating a substantial body of orchestral, solo and chamber work, Mark regularly conducts and leads workshops for amateur musicians in the United Kingdom.
